Summer Fun Day Camps
When: 8 weeks throughout July and August
Time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Location: New Hamburg Community Centre (251 Jacob St. New Hamburg)
Who: Children entering grades SK-6 Fall 2018
Our day camp will be jam-packed with great summer fun! Children will partake in both indoor and outdoor activities providing an exciting and educational experience! The program is run by the Child and Youth Program Coordinator and Child and Youth Leaders who have a passion for working with children. We hope to build the qualities of empathy, resilience, and compassion throughout the summer. Lunches and snacks are provided!
We will be running camp for 8 weeks in July and August, with each week having a fun theme!
July 3-6: Camp for Cooks*
July 9-13: Pause for Paws
July 16-20: Fairies, Elves, and Magic
July 23-27: People in your Neighbourhood
July 30 – August 3: Nature Camp
August 13-17: Expression Explosion
August 20-24: World of Water
August 27-31: Camps for Cooks #2
Children should bring a back pack, a water bottle, clothing and footwear for outdoor activities, a hat, and sunscreen. Please label everything and leave toys and electronics at home!
Drop off time will be from 8:00-8:30 am and pick up is from 5:00-5:30 pm.
Camp will cost $175 per week, a refund is available up to two weeks prior to the program start date. Subsidy may be available. *July 3-6 is a 4-day camp due to holiday Monday; therefore this week costs $145.
Please note that the camp is intended for children who are able to participate in group activities. We are unfortunately not equipped to provide supervision to children with special needs.

Our free Pop-Up Camps are an exciting way for kids 5 to 10 years of age to make new friends, get outside, and have fun all in their own neighbourhood! Camp leaders lead kids in active games, crafts, and music.
Wednesdays – Fridays, 1-3 p.m. at the following locations:
