Each year, community sponsors are matched with an individual or family through a confidential, anonymous process. The sponsor purchases items for the recipient family. Items that need to be purchased to complete the holiday hamper are purchased through the generous donations received from the community.

Applicants should apply online by completing the application and emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please review the required identification documents list as those items will need to be submitted with the application.
Holiday Hamper applications should be submitted by November 30, 2020 if possible.
